We start with your brief: product photos, drawings, dimensions, material references, and the platforms you are targeting. Knowing the destination up front sets the polygon and file-size budget before modeling begins.
Using polygonal modeling or photogrammetry, our 3D artists build a clean, dimensionally accurate model of your product. Real-world scale is locked in from the start, so the model holds up in AR and in room planners.

What is a GLB file, and why does Amazon require it?
GLB stands for Binary glTF — it's a compact 3D file format that packages geometry, textures, and materials into a single file. Think of it as the JPEG of 3D: small, portable, and universally supported across web browsers, mobile devices, and AR platforms.
Amazon requires GLB specifically because it's optimized for real-time rendering — meaning it loads quickly and looks great on a phone screen without eating up bandwidth. Amazon's technical specs are strict: your GLB file must be under 5 MB, under 20,000 triangles, with textures no larger than 1024 × 1024 pixels. We build every Amazon-ready model to pass these requirements on the first submission.
Can you create 3D models that work on both Amazon and Shopify?

What's the difference between GLB, glTF, and USDZ?
They're all 3D file formats, but they serve different platforms:
GLB is the binary version of glTF — it bundles everything into a single file and is the go-to format for Amazon, Shopify, Google, and most web-based 3D viewers. glTF is the same standard in a multi-file format (a JSON file plus separate texture files), used in some technical workflows. USDZ is Apple's format for AR Quick Look on iPhone, iPad, and Apple Vision Pro. It was developed by Apple and Pixar and is required for AR experiences on any Apple device. How does "View in 3D" work on Amazon?
