Tables rendered as lifestyle, not as specimens

Lifestyle 3D render of a rustic dining room with wooden table, black chairs, and kitchen decor.

Grain and Frame

Grain and Frame sell tables on craft: the grain, the joint, the way a piece sits in a room. We modeled the range from their drawings and built lifestyle scenes around each table, so the wood and the making are visible at catalog scale. Because the scenes are reusable, new tops and finishes are added later without another shoot.

How it works

From drawings to a set table

You send what the factory already has. We handle modeling, materials, scenes and delivery.

1
Step 1

Brief & input files

Share CAD or drawings, exact dimensions, the finish list with veneer, stone or fabric samples, and references for the room style. A project manager sets the job up on our CGI CRM.

2
Step 2

Geometry & clay approval

We model tops, bases, joints and mechanisms with real construction logic and send grey clay renders for approval before any material work begins.

3
Step 3

Materials & light

Wood grain direction, stone veining, lacquer sheen and metal finish are matched to your samples, then the scene is lit so the surface reads as it does in daylight.

4
Step 4

Combinations & styling

Tops, bases and chair finishes swap inside the approved scene, and the table is styled — set or bare — the way your catalog presents it.

5
Step 5

QA & delivery

Each image is checked against your specs and delivered in the crops your PDPs, dealer materials and campaigns need. Approved models stay in your asset library.

I hired 3 separate 3d Render companies at the same time and CGI Furniture was, without a doubt, the best! They have excellent communication through their own workplace app. The final products were far superior to the other two companies. Will be hiring CGI Furniture for all my future 3D Render needs.

The best 3D render company I have come across. A very professional team who is dedicated to accomplishing excellent work. They are very detail- oriented, always open to critical/positive feedback. They accommodate last minute changes and deliver impeccable results. the images they have provided are my foundation of new website and I am looking forward to the results. However, I do feel that the overall delivery times can be improved. Thank you Anna, Adriana, Marina & Anastasia for all your hard work. You guys rock!

FAQ

Answers to common questions

What do you need from us to start?

CAD or drawings, exact dimensions, your finish list with samples or scans of the veneers, stones and fabrics, and references for the interior style. For extension tables, the mechanism drawings matter as much as the outer shape.

Can you show every top and base combination?

Yes, and from the same scene. The table is modeled once, then tops, bases and finishes are combined inside the approved shot with the camera unchanged, so a shopper compares real options rather than guessing from a spec table.

Do you render tables styled or bare?

Both, and usually both from the same set-up. A bare table is the honest catalog shot; a set table sells the room. Because it is the same scene, you are not paying for two shoots.

Can you animate an extension mechanism?

Yes. Extension leaves, tilt tops and folding mechanisms are modeled as working parts, so an animation can show the table transform — usually more persuasive than a paragraph in the specification.

Can the same models drive a configurator?

They can. We build geometry that can be optimised for real-time use, so the models approved for your imagery can later power an online configurator or an AR preview without being rebuilt.

What file formats do we receive?

Stills as print-ready TIFF or JPEG and web-sized copies, animation as MP4, and the source models in OBJ, FBX or GLB when you need them for AR, a configurator or your own renders.

How long does a first project take?

It depends on the number of products and finish combinations and on how complete your files are. After the brief you get a schedule with clay approval, materials and delivery milestones.

How much does dining furniture rendering cost?

Pricing depends on the number of products, the combinations you need and the output formats. Our price list breaks down project types with average costs and example results — download it above, or book a demo for an estimate on your range.
