To start a project quickly, click the "Schedule a demo" button at the top of the page. Fill out and submit the form that appears, and our client managers will reach out to you asap. They will answer your questions, assist you with signing up for our CRM platform, and provide you with a brief template.

Prices from our current price list depend on the complexity level. For larger volumes (200+ models a year) a simple model is $60, medium $120, complex $300 and ultra complex $500; texturing adds $10 for simple and $20 for medium materials when ordered with the model. For a one-off order the same levels cost $130, $330, $780 and $970 with texturing included, with discounts from 10 and from 50 models. An AR version ordered together with the main model costs 40% of its price. Send us your product list and we will confirm the level of each item.

Yes, corrections to your project are free. By correction we mean changes that are less than 60% of the project workload. If the change you want to make exceeds this limit, then we consider it a new project.

If upon getting results you find that they don’t meet your quality standards, you can ask for your money back. Please note that refund option is available within 30 days from the payment.

Absolutely! We offer demo presentations to introduce our 3D services tailored to your specific industry, and we also schedule online meetings to discuss project details.

All files that we receive from you are confidential by default.

No, we don't provide 3D printing services. However, we can create 3D models that are ready for 3D printing.

Every model comes as a 3ds Max scene plus OBJ or FBX. For AR viewers, web 3D viewers and configurators we also deliver a lighter GLB and USDZ version of the same product.

It depends on where the model will be used. A high-poly model has a high polygon count and fine detail, which is what close-up renders and print catalogs need. A low-poly model keeps the poly count small and moves detail into texture maps, so it loads fast in AR, web viewers and configurators. We usually build one detailed source model and prepare lighter versions from it. For a closer look, read our guide high poly vs low poly models.

Yes. CAD files and drawings help, but photos are enough to start. Send front, side, back and three-quarter views plus the overall dimensions, and our artists will model the product from them.

Yes. We build the high-poly model for renders and a lighter copy for AR and the web from the same geometry, so every channel shows the same product. New colors and finishes can be added to that model later without starting from scratch.

Mostly, 3ds Max. We also use SketchUp and CAD for product development projects.
