3D Rendering for Office Furniture
Desks, task chairs and workspace systems shown installed, in the finishes and configurations your specifiers actually order. Rendered from your engineering data, so specification imagery is ready before a showroom or a trade-show stand exists.
Trusted by leading contract furniture brands
What we render
From a single task chair to a floor plate
Product imagery for spec sheets and installed scenes for the brochures dealers hand over.
Task & meeting chairs
Chairs rendered at spec-sheet angles plus styled shots, with every mesh, fabric and frame finish you list.
Desks & height-adjustable systems
Desks shown at sitting and standing height, with cable management and accessories in place.
Storage & acoustic elements
Pedestals, lockers, screens and acoustic panels — the parts that make a floor plate work.
Full workspace scenes
Open-plan layouts, meeting rooms and breakout areas that show the system at the scale it is specified.

Workspace imagery without a showroom

Kloeber
Kloeber needed imagery for office furniture that is normally photographed in an installed workspace — an expensive, slow shoot that has to be repeated for each finish. We modeled the range and built workspace scenes around it, so products appear installed and in context, with every finish and configuration rendered from the same approved set-up and reused across spec sheets, brochures and the website.
Contract work in practice
What we delivered for workspace brands
Three recent projects, with the brief, the deliverable and where the imagery went.

Viasit — Task Chairs Across Finishes
A task chair range rendered at consistent angles for spec sheets, with mesh, fabric and frame options generated from the same models.

Actiforce — Height-Adjustable Systems
Desk frames and lifting columns modeled as working mechanisms, rendered at both sitting and standing height for product and technical materials.

HBF — Contract Tables and Seating
Contract-grade furniture modeled for specification imagery, with a consistent look across the range for dealer and A&D materials.

How it works
From engineering data to specification imagery
You send what engineering already has. We handle modeling, materials, scenes and delivery.
Brief & input files
Share CAD or STEP files, dimensions, the finish and textile list with samples, and the configurations your specifiers order most. A project manager sets the job up on our CGI CRM.
Geometry & clay approval
We model frames, mechanisms and adjustment ranges with real construction logic and send grey clay renders for approval before material work.
Materials & light
Mesh, textile, powder coat and laminate are matched to your samples, then scenes are lit like a real workspace rather than a studio sweep.
Configurations & scenes
Finishes and configurations swap inside the approved scene, and products are staged into open-plan, meeting and breakout layouts.
QA & delivery
Each image is checked against your specs and delivered in the formats spec sheets, dealer brochures and the website need. Approved models stay in your asset library.
CGI CRM
All work happens in one place
Your projects, feedback and finished assets live in our portal — not in an email thread.
Briefs, feedback and approvals
Set tasks, comment directly on renders and approve versions. Every decision stays attached to the image it belongs to.
Reusable asset library
Approved models, materials and scenes are stored and reused, so the next collection starts from what is already built.
Project history and delivery
Versions, results and final files in one place, available to your whole team whenever a catalog or campaign needs them.
Content formats
What you get from one workspace model
Every format below comes from the same approved 3D asset.
Silo and lifestyle renders
Clean product shots for the catalog and styled scenes for the brand — from one model.
Close-ups and feature images
Macro views of the materials, joins and details a buyer inspects before deciding.
360° product views
Spin sets that let a shopper turn the product and inspect it from every side.
Product animation
Motion that explains what a still cannot: mechanisms, assembly, scale and use.
AR and configurator assets
Optimised models that place the product in a shopper's room or drive an online configurator.
Catalog, ecommerce and campaign content

Excellent service and customer oriented mindset!
We had a fantastic experience working with CGIFurniture. From the beginning, their team took the time to truly understand our needs and vision. They were thorough in their communication, asking the right technical questions to ensure everything was just right. The final results exceeded our expectations, the quality and realism of the images were outstanding. Not only did they deliver a stunning visual outcome, but they also helped us save significant time and money compared to a traditional in-person photo shoot.
We had a wonderful experience with CGIFurniture creating our tile product lifestyle scenes. They made two beautiful and accurate scenes for us in an efficient manner and met every deadline. Working with their team, especially Artem and Kate, made our collaborative experience a pleasure. We highly recommend their services and have passed their information on to many of our colleagues.
Contact CGI Furniture for assistance in rendering photos for our website. My collaboration with Anna and her team was exceptional. They displayed prompt and seamless communication, and, most importantly, they went the extra mile to ensure my satisfaction with their work. I am thoroughly delighted with their service and would enthusiastically choose them again in the future.
The team at CGI have been super helpful in 3d renderings for our company. They are very efficient and provide amazing work.
Excellent service and result. Very pleased with overall experience. Highly recommended!
FAQ
Answers to common questions
What do you need from us to start?
CAD or STEP files, exact dimensions and adjustment ranges, your finish and textile list with samples, and the configurations that matter commercially. Engineering data is ideal here, because contract buyers compare specifications closely.
Can you render products installed, not on white?
Yes, and for contract furniture it usually matters more. We build workspace scenes — open plan, meeting room, breakout — and place the products in them, so specifiers see the system at the scale they are buying.
Can you show mechanisms and adjustment?
Yes. Height-adjustable columns, tilt mechanisms and folding parts are modeled as working assemblies, so we can render both extremes of the range or animate the movement for technical and sales materials.
Can you match our existing photography?
We can match camera angle, lens character and lighting to an existing set, so new CGI products sit next to older photographs without a visible seam. Bring the reference images to the brief.
Do the same assets work for AR and configurators?
They do. The models are built so they can be optimised for real-time use, letting a specifier place a desk in their own space or configure a system online without anything being re-modeled.
Can you deliver imagery sized for dealer portals and spec sheets?
Yes. We export each shot in the crops and resolutions your channels require, including the square and 16:9 variants dealer portals ask for, so nothing has to be re-cropped by hand later.
How long does a first project take?
It depends on how many products and configurations are in scope and how complete the engineering files are. After the brief you get a schedule with clay approval, materials and delivery milestones.
How much does office furniture rendering cost?
Pricing depends on the number of products, configurations and formats. Our price list breaks down project types with average costs and example results — download it above, or book a demo for an estimate on your range.
