How Our Furniture Rendering Process Works

Five steps, with your review at each one. At the geometry step you approve a gray model before any materials go on. Every product runs as a task with specs and version control, your comments collect in one checklist, and a QA review checks each image before delivery. The work stays with our 600+ in-house artists, with no freelancers.

01

Project Brief

Download the brief template, add the information and files, and upload it to our online platform.

02

Geometry

We send grayscale renders without colors or textures, so you check geometry, proportions and view angles.

03

Textures and Materials

Draft renders with materials in place let you check textures, lighting and the room around the piece.

04

Atmosphere

You review the final-resolution images for overall atmosphere, lighting and color.

05

Delivery

You receive the approved set: silo shots, lifestyle scenes, close-ups or any other formats you ordered.

What Affects the Price

The quote depends on the formats, the number of pieces and how much of each scene is unique to you.

  • Model complexity: see 3D modeling prices by level
  • Ready-made stock scenes cost $140, exclusive premium scenes $290
  • A close-up or custom view costs $30, an extra view of the same scene $20 to $40
  • Volume: the prices above are for 200+ items a year

Every image starts from a 3D model of the piece, priced once by complexity: $60, $120, $300 or $500 at 200+ items a year, or from $130 for a one-off order. The model is then reused for every new view, color and scene. Extra views of an existing scene cost $20 to $40, and extra color variants of a white background image start at $0.20 each.

Answers to Common Questions About 3D Furniture Rendering

Can you start from photos without CAD files?

Yes. We build the 3D model from CAD files, technical drawings or product photos. If you only have photos, send several angles of the piece and its overall dimensions, and our manager will tell you if anything else is needed.

How is the price calculated, and is the 3D model included?

The 3D model is priced separately, once per product: $60, $120, $300 or $500 by complexity at 200+ items a year, or from $130 for a one-off order. Images are priced on top of the model: white background shots from $5 ($7 in 4K) and lifestyle scenes from $100. The same model is reused for every later image, so you pay for it only once.

How long does a first project take?

It depends on the number of products, the complexity of each model and the type of scene. Send your product list and our manager will reply within one business day with a quote and a delivery schedule for it.

How many revisions are included?

You review the work at three points: the gray model, the draft with materials and lighting, and the final images. All your comments on an image are collected in one checklist, so each round of fixes covers everything you marked.

How do you match fabrics, colors and textures?

Send fabric swatches, material scans or supplier codes, plus photos of finished pieces if you have them. You check every material on the draft renders, next to your samples, before we render the final images.

What makes a furniture render look photorealistic?

Accurate geometry first, then high-resolution textures placed by hand on every part, so wood grain and fabric run the way they do on the real piece. Material settings control gloss and reflections, and a little wear on arms or edges keeps surfaces from looking too perfect. Lighting, camera angle and scale finish the job.

What files do I receive?

Final images in the resolution and format you ordered, such as JPG, PNG or TIFF, in Full HD or 4K. The 3D model stays ready for new views, colors, 360 views and AR.
