All files are delivered without CGI Furniture branding, metadata, or any trace of our involvement. Folder names, file names, and delivery emails all follow your naming conventions. Your client sees your name only.
Not unless you tell them. We sign mutual NDAs on all partnership engagements. We never contact your clients directly, never display their work in our portfolio without explicit written consent, and never reference the relationship publicly.
Any format works — PDF, Figma, Notion, Google Doc, or a direct email. We adapt to your workflow, not the other way around. If you use a project management tool like Asana or Monday, we can receive briefs directly there too.
Standard turnaround for most image projects is 5–10 business days. Rush delivery (48h) is available for silo and variant renders when the 3D model is already in hand. Animation and modeling projects are scoped and timed individually at quoting stage.
Yes, a mutual NDA is standard on every agency partnership. We can sign your template or use ours — either way, confidentiality of client identities, project details, and deliverables is protected from day one.

Yes — and it makes projects faster. We can work from GLB, FBX, OBJ, MAX, STEP, or CAD files. If your client has existing assets, we can take them into our pipeline, QC geometry and textures, and proceed directly to rendering or optimization.
Standard delivery is 3000×3000px at 300 DPI for images, 1080p for video. 4K and 8K are available on request. For 3D assets, we follow Amazon's Certified 3D quality guidelines and Apple's USDZ spec by default unless you specify otherwise.
Yes — AR modeling is a core service. We produce Apple AR Quick Look certified USDZ, Android ARCore GLB, and Amazon-certified 3D. For interactive configurators and WebGL-ready assets, we deliver optimized GLBs with PBR materials, LOD levels, and Draco compression where needed.
Per-project: fixed quote before we start — no hourly billing surprises. Retainer: monthly commitment unlocks reserved capacity and volume pricing. We quote agency-to-agency, meaning the rate is structured so you have clear margin when passing costs to your client.
No hard minimum — we've worked on single-SKU projects and 500-SKU catalog rollouts. That said, per-unit cost improves with volume, so larger batches are more economical. We'll always give you the honest trade-off during scoping.
