Jofran Inc. furniture company was founded back in 1975. Since then, the brand has been bringing coziness and comfort to its customers’ homes with the help of quality furnishings. The brand offers reasonably priced and practical products for bedrooms, living and dining rooms. To appeal to their target audience, Jofran Inc. marketers needed promo materials that would best highlight the functionality and homey charm of their items. And they entrusted making such visuals to our 3D rendering company.
Jofran team contacted CGIFurniture in January of 2021. Since then, we’ve completed more than 30 projects together. So far, we’ve created silo and lifestyle CG images as well as 360° spins and AR models for the brand. This diverse visual content was then used on different marketing channels. Furniture 3D Modeling and Texturing
Jofran managers sent our team photos of the furniture pieces in full and close-up views. Using them as references, our 3D artists recreated all the items in 3D with 100% accuracy. Also, close-ups helped us select the correct textures that were then applied to 3D models. The resulting photorealistic CG objects were used for creating different types of promo visuals.
Neutral Background CG Product Images
Jofran Inc. doesn’t use a standard white background for silo product imagery. The brand marketers prefer cozy neutral tones instead. They sent us mood boards with colors and materials to be used as a backdrop for the items. With the help of these references, our 3D artists created a CG scene of space with a light wooden floor and an off-white wall. Every product 3D model was put into this scene and then rendered in 4k resolution.
Lifestyle CG Rendering Services
The scope of work for lifestyle CG renders included a mood board with a preferable interior style for every furniture piece. In accordance with it, our team built 3D scenes that worked perfectly for Jofran product 3D models. We put CG objects in those settings, set the required camera angles, and then rendered the results in 4k. Every furniture item and set was shown against a unique background. But in the post-production stage, we adjusted all the visuals to have the same contrast, the tonality of lighting, and the overall mood. This way, we endowed product images with an easily recognizable brand style.
CG Renders for Jofran’s Site and Social Media
The company used a whole set of CG visuals we’ve made on their website and social media. Lifestyle 3D renders of furniture were used in the company’s online catalog while silo renderings and AR models were added to product listings.
