Product Rendering Services for QTL Lighting

QTL company, formerly known as Q-Tran, is a market leader in architectural LED lighting in the USA. Silo Rendering Service for Lighting

Our collaboration with Q-Trans included the creation of silo renderings for the website and brochures. Usually, we created 2 renders on a white or gradient blue background for a product. As for the brief files, we were provided with REVIT files, 3D CAD files, product images, and reference images for style and application.

Residential Lifestyle Renderings

We were also tasked with showing the QTL lighting solutions in residential exterior and interior scenes. The brief included reference image for the scene design, guidelines on what to change in them, required camera views, and drawings for lighting products.

Residential Lighting 3D Animation

Furthermore, we created 3D animations for residential lighting in vertical and horizontal formats. The brief files usually included a scene from our library, drawings of the product to be featured, and sometimes — a photometric plan. Some 3D animations required creating a sketch of the interior and a script.

3D Rendering for Lighting in Commercial and Industrial Space

We also created a series of commercial lifestyles for QTL lighting, with 2-3 camera views for every solution. We needed to show the products in restaurant, office, and warehouse spaces. The brief usually included a style and layout reference, a product’s silo, dimensions, and photometric details.

3D Animation Service for Commercial Lighting

We have also created 3D animations for lighting in commercial space. We especially wanted to share this one. The 3D flythrough below was created based on photos of the award-winning restaurant Kingfisher in San Diego. The flythrough had to be 20 minutes long and include a voiceover and a night-view camera path. As for the brief, we were provided with photos of the restaurant interior that our client had purchased the rights to and the scenario. The video was made in Full HD and vertical formats.

3D Rendering for Lighting in Public Space

QTL Lighting offers excellent solutions for public space, too. We created a series of 3D lifestyle visualizations that show how seamlessly the product integrates a public interior space and how it benefits the lighting design. The lifestyles were created based on reference images for layout and style. The brief also included product dimensions and photometric details.

QTL also commissioned a series of renderings showing various lighting modes in the same lifestyle scene. The resulting images show how each mode impacts the atmosphere and makes people feel.

3D Animation Service for Lighting Installation

Another important part of our cooperation with QTL is the creation of lighting installation animations. The standard brief included a PDF with a storyboard, STEP files, a description of the surroundings, and a reference video.
